I have sent several emails to and latest one sent to is below without any reply from them yet: I tried calling JIO from last 7 days but there customer service is really pathetic they do not even understand the issue properly. I have the same problem which you are facing and I really like to thank you that you brought up the issue on this platform. Hoping for a early reply with some solution as i am not able to make calls.
When i tested my sim with new jiofi jmr 520 model (Another one of my friend) the same problem continues and jio4gvoice is showing offline. When i tested my sim with old jiofi model (Without display) the same problem gets resolved and jio4gvoice is showing online.Ģ. One more thing i have to share i have tested my sim on two different jiofi devices apart from my device.ġ. I am attaching the recorded video of the whole process and the message it is showing to better understand the problem along with device details & device photo. Afterwards i have tried everything reinstalling the app, configuring the device on others smartphone but it now always shows offline. Sim got activated on 18th sept and jio4gvoice application is working properly but suddenly on 20th sept when i checked my cellphone it start showing offline. I have purchased jiofi model no - jmr 520 on 15th sept from reliance digital phoenix mall lucknow.
